  1. Why do I have to register?

    Before you start shopping, you need to register yourself with us and give us information that will allow us to communicate with you regarding your transactions.

    Registration is a very simple process on A1emall.com Shopping.

    Two of our sections i.e. Shopping Cart, and My Account are password protected.

    When you click on any of these links you will reach a sign in page.

    A new user can register here or members can login to their account directly. Or else, to reach there directly, click on Login.

    Once you are registered with A1emall.com Shopping then the same username and the password can be used to login across our shopping network.

  2. What is 'Your Account'?

    ''Your Account''allows you complete control over your transactions at A1emall.com.

    Not only can you manage / edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, you can change your passwords.

    You can also track the status of your pending orders or edit them through this section.

  3. How do I order?

    Placing an order with A1emall.com Shopping is quick and simple.As you browse through the store & you see an item you want to buy ,you can put the items that you want to purchase instantly into your Shopping Cart by clicking on the link 'Add to Cart'. This places the item in an electronic shopping cart..

    Link to the Shopping Cart is provided with every item that is displayed on the screen. You may continue shopping after placing an item in your bag. To return to your bag at any point during the shopping process, click on the Shopping Cart Link located at the top panel of A1emall.com shopping pages.

    After putting all the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart, select your order destination.

    You then review your products and the quantity and continue to either shop or click on 'checkout' incase you have finished shopping.

    You will then be asked to specify your payment method .After you select a mode of payment and click on 'Place my Order,' a page will appear that confirms your order and gives you an order number you can use as a future reference. We will also send you a confirmation of your order via email.

  4. What happens after I place an order?

    When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a ''Thank You'' page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it.

    This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed.

    Your order is then sent over a secure connection to us, depending on the product purchased.

    You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been downloaded and received at A1emall.com.

    If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by phone or email.

  5. What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?

    You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after A1emall.com receives your order.

    If you do not receive this message within 24 hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic or it may be non working day.

    If this happens, please feel free to contact us at 91-44-32967012 to ensure that your order is being processed.

  6. When will my order arrive?

    All Orders from A1emall are shipped within 3-7 working days of placing the order.

    However delivery is not attempted on Sundays and Public Holidays since there are no courier services available on these days.

  7. How do I check the current status of my orders?

    You could get a status of your order through the 'Order Status' or the 'My Account' link available on all the A1emall.com shopping pages.

    You will be able to track your order by giving your Order Number/Sub Order Number.

    You could also log on to the official site of the courier company that's delivering your order for up-to-the-minute order status by giving the Airway Bill No.(consignment number of the courier company).

    It will give you all the information i.e. Pick Up Date, Delivery Date, Time etc.

    You can also view the details of all your past orders you've placed with A1emall.com Shopping by clicking on the 'View Order History' in the 'Your Account' section and see the details against the order numbers of your earlier purchases.

  8. What should I do if the Product I ordered has reached me in a damaged/defective condition?

    We take utmost care to ensure that the items delivered to you are in a perfect condition.

    However, there is a remote possibility of the item being damaged during transit.

    In such cases, we will replace the item to you at No Extra Cost provided the request for replacement/return of item is made within 3 days of receiving the same.

    Kindly do intimate that the Product has reached you in a damaged/defective condition.

  9. How can I cancel or change my order?

    You can edit or cancel your order via your account interface (My Account) as far as A1emall.com has not yet started the processing phase -- this is specified by your order status within your A1emall.com account.

    If the order processing has started already and you request to cancel your order or items on your order, A1emall.com will attempt to cancel these items.

    A1emall.com cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled as this depends on the processing status and, if the order has been shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded.

    However, if you have requested for Order Cancellation, and has been not shipped, cancelation charges applicable will be:flat 10% of the Product Price.

    You cannot cancel orders for customised items since all these items are manufactured / procured specifically against your order.

    Even in the case of perishables,order cancellations are not entertained.

  10. Is there any minimum order value that I need to order?

    Yes Rs.200/- is minimuem order value from any of our stores.

    At A1emall.com, we believe that all orders, irrespective of their values are equally important.

  11. Can I purchase items from different stores in the same order?

    Yes, you can order items from multiple stores in a single order.

    This is one of the many conveniences in shopping online at the A1emall.com supermarket.

  12. Can I ship different items in the same order to different shipping addresses?

    Currently this option is not available.

    However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place Multiple Orders.

  13. What should I do if my Order has been delivered early or late?

    We make best possible effort to ensure that the Products are delivered in time.

    However, there can be instances of delay due to unavoidable circumstances.

    We regret the inconvenience caused due to to them.

  14. What should I do if I get something else instead of my Order?

    We will make best possible effort to ensure that the Correct Order is sent to your Shipping Address.

    However if there is a mismatch in the Order received at your end, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up from your end and redispatch the same without any additional cost.

    Please contact immediately incase of wrong Order received.

  16. When is my credit card billed?

    We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online.

    If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card.

    If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us.

    Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.A1emall.com will charge your credit card once the items are located in stock and the billing information as well as the receiving address are verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is ready to ship out. (unless purchasing a made-to-order item)
